315 Park Avenue South

ROLE: Architect

PROGRAM: Lobby/Reception

AREA: 1,700 SF

LOCATION: New York, NY

We faced the challenging task of transforming a traditional, early 20th-century lobby space into a welcoming and contemporary experience for both tenants and guests. One of our notable additions was a striking cast concrete reception desk, which not only serves as a functional centerpiece but also adds a touch of industrial elegance. To further enhance the ambiance, we incorporated stained wood accent walls, bringing warmth and texture to the space. Additionally, we created an inviting seating area that serves a dual purpose as both a comfortable spot for relaxation and an informal workspace, promoting productivity and versatility. By thoughtfully integrating these elements, we successfully transformed the lobby into a comfortable, modern experience that exceeds the expectations of both tenants and guests.
